WizFit in ChatGPT and Claude

WizFit can be used from ChatGPT and Claude. You ask the assistant for what you need, in your own words, and it does it in WizFit: it finds the member, generates the plan with AI, adjusts it and publishes it. It's in beta and open to gyms, personal trainers and other professionals.

What you can do from the chat

  • Members: find them, view and complete their health profile, goals and experience, assign their coach and send them the app invite.
  • Plans: check whether there's enough data, generate the plan with AI, edit it, clone it, apply progressions, approve or reject member requests, publish it and send it by email.
  • Exercises: browse the catalog and enable or disable exercises for your gym.
  • Reports: expirations and renewals, incomplete data, plans per coach, app usage, review times, usage ranking and NPS.

An example

You write: "Build Martín a 3-day hypertrophy plan, no deadlifts because of his lower back, and email it to him." The assistant checks Martín's profile, generates the plan with your gym's equipment, respects the restriction and asks you to confirm before publishing it.

What still happens in WizFit

  • Sign-up and payment happen in WizFit, not in the chat.
  • Charts and visual reports are in WizFit; in the chat, answers are text.
  • Your own videos are uploaded from WizFit.
  • Members receive their plan and log their training in the WizFit app, as always.
