How WizFit thinks: key concepts of the system
WizFit is not just AI for workouts. It is a platform with its own logic for planning training and nutrition at scale, while preserving operational consistency, real per-site equipment and the gym's own rules. This glossary defines the core terms of the system so coaches, operations and leadership share the same language.
- Autopilot — Operating mode in which WizFit keeps every member's plan up to date automatically, within the rules defined by the gym. — Removes the manual bottleneck of reviewing and renewing member plans one by one each month. — Keeps the share of members with an active plan high without depending on staff availability. It is what makes consistent gym operations possible at scale. — Gyms with large member bases, multiple sites, or small coaching teams that cannot rebuild plans by hand. — Works together with Equipment-aware AI, the Approved exercise library and the gym's guardrails. Autopilot does not improvise: it executes inside approved standards.
- Nexus — Central layer of WizFit that connects member, site, equipment, gym rules, and training and nutrition modules into a single logic. — Breaks the silos between CRM, member app, coaches' spreadsheets and exercise library. — Lets a single decision (a goal change, site move, injury, new equipment) propagate consistently across the whole operation, without rewriting plans by hand. — When the gym needs to scale personalization without losing operational control or coherence between teams. — It is the backbone on top of which Autopilot, Batch, Hyperpersonalization and the rest of the modules run.
- Batch — Planning or update action applied in bulk to a group of members defined by rules (site, goal, level, equipment, etc.). — Prevents the staff from having to open member by member to apply an operational change or launch a planning campaign. — Turns planning into an operation that is manageable at scale, while keeping traceability and quality per segment. — Mass renewals, seasonal changes, rollout of new equipment, criteria updates per site or program. — Relies on Nexus for segmentation and on the Approved exercise library + guardrails to guarantee uniform quality across the operation.
- Hyperpersonalization — Deep, operable personalization of every plan based on goal, level, body type, injuries, site equipment and the member's real progress. — Replaces generic routines that treat every member the same and degrade the perceived service quality. — Raises perceived member experience without adding staff workload. Personalization at scale, not templates with a name on top. — Particularly valuable for gyms that compete on premium experience and retention, not only on price. — Built on Equipment-aware AI, Nexus and progress data (including BIA when integrated).
- Equipment-aware AI — Planning AI that knows the real equipment of each site and generates routines using only the machines and accessories actually available. — Eliminates the classic problem of plans prescribing exercises the member cannot perform because that machine is not on site. — Guarantees that every plan is executable on day one, with no rework from the coach and no frustration for the member. — Multi-site gyms, franchises, chains with heterogeneous equipment, or sites with physical constraints. — Works alongside the Approved exercise library and automatic substitution rules to solve cases of busy or under-maintenance equipment.
- Approved exercise library — Exercise library curated and validated by the gym's technical team, with muscle groups, machines, levels and restrictions. — Prevents the AI or a junior coach from including exercises that fall outside the gym's technical standard. — It defines what 'quality' means for that gym and makes it repeatable across every plan, without depending on individual judgment. — Any gym that wants to protect its method, its technical brand and member safety. — Single source of truth on which Autopilot, Batch, Equipment-aware AI and Hyperpersonalization operate.
- Self-service — Flow in which the member can get a personalized plan instantly, within the rules and the library approved by the gym. — Removes the wait between the member requesting a plan and a coach delivering it, one of the main early drop-off points. — Improves time-to-value for new members and frees the staff for higher-value tasks, without losing quality control. — New member onboarding, goal changes, demand peaks, sites with low coach staffing. — Complemented by optional coach review and powered by the Approved exercise library and Equipment-aware AI so the output stays within standard.
- Autologin — Member access to their routine with no accounts, passwords or app installation. Instant entry from a personal link. — Removes the registration and login friction that historically makes a significant share of members drop off before seeing their first plan. — Increases real plan adoption and reduces support cost from forgotten logins and recovery flows. — Any gym that wants to maximize the share of members who actually open and follow their plan. — Entry point to the member experience: directly connects with Self-service, Hyperpersonalization and plan tracking.
