WizFit vs gym management software (Evo, Trainingym): competitor or complement?

Gym management systems like ABC Evo or Trainingym and WizFit don't solve the same problem. A management system runs the business: members, billing, bookings, access and app. Many include a place to load routines, but the coach builds the plan. WizFit doesn't run the business: it uses AI to generate and update each member's training and nutrition plan, and it works alongside the management system the gym already has.

• You don't have to choose one or the other. The management system keeps handling members, billing and access; WizFit makes sure every member has an up-to-date plan.
• The difference is who builds the plan. In a management system's routines module, the coach builds it. In WizFit, AI generates it based on the member and the equipment at their location, with or without coach review.

Why a routines module isn't enough

Having a place to load a routine isn't the same as having every member on a current plan. If every plan depends on a coach building it by hand, the limit is coaching hours. At Full Fitness, before WizFit, building a plan took 30 to 60 minutes and only about 8% of members had a current one. With WizFit, coverage reached nearly all members in 12 months, without adding staff (see the case study).

How they work together

• The management system remains the backbone of the business: who's a member, what they paid, when they came in and which class they booked.
• WizFit takes care of the plan: it generates it, updates it every month based on progress and delivers it in the app, with access without a username or password.
• What changes for the gym: there's no need to switch management systems to start using WizFit (how WizFit works with your CRM).

When each one makes sense

• Management system only: small gyms where the coach has time to build and update every member's plan.
• Management system + WizFit: gyms and chains where most members don't have a current plan, with many members per coach or several locations with different equipment.
